Renee's Special Ham and Black-Eyed Peas (GF)

Ham and black-eyed peas is a Southern tradition that I’ve come to love and adore. Only mine is made with my special flare, with Latin and Caribbean flavors, along with classic Southern roots! Applewood Maple-Dijon glazed ham, slow-cooked black-eyed peas with Latin herbs/spices and veggies and roasted carrots and parsnips. served with a side of my special chipotle crema….and of course….my sweet citrus sunflower seed slaw to top it off! Pure comfort done right, I usually only make this for New Year's Day but I thought that this would be a perfect time to treat you all….cuz why not!
