Tender grilled chicken marinated in Renee’s house-made sofrito — her signature blend of Latin herbs, spices, garlic, and peppers. Served with fragrant coconut rice, roasted carrots and parsnips, slow-cooked sofrito pinto beans, and sweet, golden plátano maduro (fried ripe plantains).

Finished with Renee’s secret weapon: a sweet, creamy citrus–sunflower seed slaw and a side of homemade Caribbean hot pepper sauce that ties the whole plate together.
