Creamy Marsala chicken. GF.

This is my take on chicken Marsala, although it’s a cross between Italian and French. Tender chicken breast cutlet, lightly coated in rice flour and pan-seared (so it’s gluten free, but just as delicious!) with beautiful Marsala mushroom cream sauce finished with fresh basil, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned steamed broccoli.
