Lemon ricotta cake. 🍋

It’s been awhile since I’ve made this one! Amazingly light and dense, all at the same time….it’s Italian perfection. Made with fresh lemons and my own homemade ricotta cheese whipped into the batter. Topped with a dusting of powdered sugar, freshly whipped cream, and lemon-sugar berries.
