I’m SO excited about this one, because I’ve never been a fan of the typical plain boiled corned beef, potatoes, and cabbage situation. It just never excited me… honestly, I’d usually rather skip that meal and go to bed hungry (ha!).

It’s served with a butter-seared cabbage wedge and my English-style Yukon Gold roasted potatoes (if you know, you know!).
