The Black Sheep Bundt

Dark chocolate cake filled with a coconut-chocolate chip cream cheese center, finished with rich cream cheese frosting. Served with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh berries.

This is a true family recipe — over 50 years old — and in typical Black Sheep fashion, I took the original and turned it up a few notches. Deeper chocolate, better balance, more character… and honestly, about three times better than it ever was before.

Bold, indulgent, and unapologetically not the predictable dessert.
